Any product you see in our shop can be recreated to fit your personal preferences.

You may choose any of our designs, and pick the size, colors, and materials that it will be made with. Some modifications to the design are often possible too.

If you have an idea of your own - whether it's something totally new that you came up with, or something that was inspired by another design - send us an inquiry and we'll let you know if we can make it!

Our goal is to collaborate with you, bring your vision to life, and create a unique piece that reflects your personality and style!

Sending an inquiry is free, and you are under no obligation to make any commitments at this point.

We will reply A.S.A.P. and let you know an estimate of the price and the time frame in which we can make your order.

The more details you can provide from the start (e.g. size, modification requests, inspiration pictures) - the more accurate this estimation will be!

If you are interested in placing that order, the process will go something like this:

1. We will discuss your idea with you.
2. We will send you a payment request.
3. After you have paid, we will begin working on your piece. (All orders are made after they've been paid for, in the order they've been paid for. First come - first serve. We don't do rush orders!)
4. You will be updated with photos throughout the process: once we've acquired the materials for your order (to confirm the colors), during the making, and once the piece has been completed.
5. After your custom piece is complete and you confirm that everything is to your liking, we will ship your order.
6. You will receive a track & trace link, so you can monitor the status of the shipping.

The payment is done through Stripe.

We will email you an invoice, which you can pay by card, bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other payment methods based on your country.

You pay the full price of the custom piece upfront.

You pay the shipping fee after your piece has been completed and confirmed.

We offer worldwide shipping. Our parcels are shipped from the Netherlands.

Your parcel will always come with online tracking and insurance.

Shipping times and fees vary depending on your country. You can ask about this upfront, and we will let you know the current rate!

Shipping to the United States is currently unavailable.

The price of each individual piece can vary a lot, depending on the complexity, size, materials, and customizations.

If you have a limited budget, we are open to discussing the possibilities of how we can accommodate that (e.g. by simplifying a design, opting for a different material, etc.)

Sending inquiries through the website is free.

This is an approximate price range for some of the products that we offer:

• Small accessories (e.g. scrunchies, keychains): € 8-20
• Small wearables (e.g. bandanas, hats, gloves): € 20-60
• Medium-sized wearables (e.g. hoods, tops, shrugs): € 60-150
• Big wearables (e.g. sweaters, cardigans): € 200-600

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If it so happens that your order is not to your liking, we can discuss the possibility of an exchange for a different piece, as long as the original piece is still in pristine condition. *

In some cases, we can offer free repairs. E.g. if there is damage caused by the manufacturing, or if the piece does not fit as intended. *
